VTH's basic customer support services includes unlimited support to all of our users during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST). Website Analysis
Let us analyze your site for compliance with "Best Practices" and provide an outline for what needs to be done. You can then contract with us to do the work or you will have a roadmap for what needs to be done. Examples include:
> Identify unnecessarily large files (+1 MB)
> Identify improperly named Minutes & Agendas
> Identify all Microsoft Word documents
> Identify all files with missing or misnamed Subjects
Content Developer
Hire us to identify, create and add missing content:
> Review/recommend use of content from other municipalities
> Upload/Resize photos, create slideshow
> Make PDFs, upload forms & applications
Refresher Package
Twice per year our team will provide:
> Training: Full day of group and individual sessions
> Site Review: Fix broken links and identify old pages
