	FREE 25 Minute Online Tutorials Quickly learn a new skill or two at your desktop and at no cost to your municipality. Each month we will offer a variety of short, informative online sessions to help you understand the basics. All you need is an online connection and a phone. Watch our trainer go through the tutorial live - ask questions along the way! Three simple steps: 1. Select a topic and date. 2. Sign up (no cost or obligation) and receive a phone conference # to call. 3. Call our conference # at the start of the session. Each session is First Come, First Serve - limited to 20 people so we can maximize your learning. There is NO LIMIT as to how many topics you can sign up for in the coming months! Powerpoint to Web	Taking a Powerpoint presentation and turning it into a web slide show. (Multip page slide show wizard)
Simple Citizen Comment Forms	Managing your online citizen communications and routing to your department staff for follow up by email.
Service Request Forms	Create online service request forms that are unique for your specific department.
Your Website Home Page	This session will show you how to add text and photos to the free form area of your home page, and to add or modify the links in the citizen centric-intentions links to make navigating your site even easier.
Advanced Adobe Acrobat PDF	Splitting large PDF files into multiple files, and combining multiple PDF files into one.
Website Statistics	Making Sense of website statistics
ADA Compliance Issues	This session will discuss how VTH sites comply with the basic requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and how you can make sure your site stays in compliance.
Online Surveys & Custom Online Forms	This session will focus on the capabilities of Survey Magic, the VTH online survey application service that also allows you to create custom fill in the blank forms. These forms can be used to gather data from your citizens to import into other data base applications for further processing.
Improving your website visibility	This session will discuss ways for you to improve your position in the results of search engine requests. We will show you how to register your website with the most popular search engines and discuss the pros and cons of paying for registration services.
